Saffron and the End of the World

You're a baking witch living in a barren magical world, abandoned by occupants who fled from a terrible curse that affects non-witches. You piece together the courage to keep living day by day, the only joy in your life being your long-distance witch girlfriend, who you contact through your crystal ball. But the humans want their normal lives back too, and they will do anything to end the curse, even if that means destroying you in the process. Can you reunite with your girlfriend one last time before it's too late?

Saffron and the End of the World is a fantastical romance visual novel developed for Sealed With a Kiss Jam 2025 over the course of a month. Follow the story of Saffron the witch as she travels through the magical apocalypse to find her girlfriend, encountering strangers along the way.
